Nia® Journey of the CHAKRAS
with Laurie

Experience an empowering, healing, movement journey through the body's 7 CHAKRA energy centers. [NOTE: Workshop start time is 12PM PST> Check your below image]

Laurie will be weaving music, sound and vibration with a blend of Nia, 5 STAGES and FreeDance flow to a playlist designed to activate the qualities of each chakra.  We will set the intent to: ground, create, activate, sense, sound, intuit and connect with self through this healing chakra dance.

At closing, release, relax and surrender into a live "Chakra sound bath " to resonance of crystal bowls to seal the experience.  

This movement experience is open to all bodies, all movers, whether you are new to Nia or practice as a mover, lifestyle graduate or teacher.

About your facilitator:
Laurie Bass is an international Nia® teacher-trainer, yoga instructor, Gyrotonic® teacher and life coach based in Portland, Oregon USA.. She holds BA degrees in Mathematics and Psychology from Pacific University, Oregon. She began her path as a mind/body educator in 2003.  She believes that movement as medicine. Laurie masterfully blends somatic wisdom, leadership and coaching to create transformative, holistic movement experiences. She is committed to inspiring, guiding and empowering others to their fullest self.
