Movement medicine for your body and soul; a powerful self-healing practice that is based on the blueprint of 5 stages of natural development: embryonic, creeping, crawling, standing, walking. Revisiting these moves as an adult have the power to re-pattern, realign, self- heal, strengthen, condition and increase energy flow throughout the body.
During the first part of class I'll introduce you to "Your Body's Way" practice, tips for comfort, and how to adapt in moving from the ground up. During the second part, I'll deliver an experimental anatomy lesson then guide you in relationship with it. This is called The Body's Way practice.
Recommendation: knee pads, pillows or a blanket. Have a chair nearby as I'll be showing you this adaptation.
