Whether you have just completed your Nia White Belt | Art of Sensation Course and are just beginning to share your passion for Nia or are seeking to take your teaching to the next level, the Nia Green Belt is your pathway to being an extraordinary, confident teacher.
This 10-week online course is open to all Nia White Belt Graduates + higher. Learn + Embody the art of teaching Nia.
You will discover how to learn Nia routines with ease, develop relaxed cueing, movement precision, deliver the 7 Cycles, communicate the Nia way, sustain relaxation, get creative and confident with spicing up Nia choreography.
