Formats include: Nia, Yoga, MOVE it™(Nia 52 Moves), 5 STAGES, Moving to Heal, 20-minute and specialty classes). ++PLUS replays of yoga and eligible replay/recorded classes from the content library. Members will also receive special discounts to events.
