This includes access to any LIVE (ZOOM) specialty classes that pop up (52 Moves, 20-minute workouts, 5 STAGES, Moving to Heal and Yoga sessions).

It is our deep desire to provide you with outstanding Nia and movement experiences to connect, heal, move, express and dance at an affordable rate for every body. As we are in the unknown, this membership is valid for online classes only and are non-refundable. Thank you for your trust and support.
