Explore with the moves, music, creativity and imagination of Nia Routine BLOOM. We will dance, play shop the moves, receive tips and have FUN! Specific dates and time zone info below.
Designed for all levels of experience to learn, personalize moves + enhance listening skill. "Playshopping" is an IDEAL way for Nia students to dive a little deeper (less thinking, more dancing) as well as for Nia teachers desiring to embody movement patterns (katas) of a new Nia routine with creativity, ease and play. I'll also provide an alternative Spotify playlist for creativity (week 4).
