Online 6-Week Mentoring Course for Nia 5 STAGES graduates only. 

90-minute mentoring sessions designed to start, revisit or deepen your teaching journey. Develop your skill in delivering the class elements, learn the art of verbal guidance and receive voice coaching from Laurie to enhance your somatic delivery. Learn to guide yourself and others. 

Week 1: Overview of Materials, Class Format 

Week 2: Welcome + Show + Tell + Vocal Tools (tone, silence, pearling)

Week 3: Guiding Your Body's Way: Body Awareness, Your Body's Way 5 STAGES  + Body Gratitude

Week 4: Resources + both in person + online tips for deliver The Body's Way Somatic Anatomy

Week 5: Vocal Tools + Guiding The Body's Way Practice 

Week 6: Options for closing class, using music/no music

Throughout, we will discuss how to share with private clients, group classes, workshops, in person and online options. Consider who and how you'd like to share the power of this healing practice with. 

All sessions will be recorded with full replay access throughout the course.
