Creatively explore the moves, music, steps and dance walking of Nia Routine CURE. Dance, play shop to embody the moves, get tips and have FUN in community! Specific dates and time zone info below. 

Designed for all levels of experience to learn, explore, gain movement and listening skill. Enhance your relaxation, as this is an IDEAL way for students to dive a little deeper as well as for Nia teachers desiring to embody moves with ease, creativity and play. This includes a second adapted music remix (or two) to get creative with!
