Creatively explore the movement, music, and magic of Nia's TREASURE routine in this playshop series. Specific dates, bonus classes and time zone info below.
Designed for all levels of experience to learn, explore, gain movement + listening skill. This an IDEAL way for students to dive deeper into the experience of Nia as well as for Nia teachers seeking to embody moves of a new routine with ease, creativity and play. This includes a second adapted music remix to get creative with!
