Creatively explore the moves, sonic landscape and dance of new Nia Routine ALCHEMY. Move, dance, play as we get creative as with embodying and alchemizing the moves. Specific dates and time zone info below.
Designed for all levels of Nia experience to explore, gain movement and listening skill. Deepen your relaxation, as this is an IDEAL way for students to dive a little deeper as well as for Nia teachers desiring to embody moves with ease and creativity. This includes a second adapted music remix to explore the form + freedom of Alchemy.
