Designed for all levels of Nia experience to enhance movement and listening skill. Deepen your relaxation as you dive a little deeper as Nia practitioner or Nia teachers desiring to embody choreography with ease and creativity. This includes playlist links to the original and a second adapted music remix to explore the form + freedom of AO.

We will playfully embody the moves + music of the original routine in the first four sessions. The fifths session is dedicated to the new playlist and routine form + freedom adaptation. I'll share Spotify links with participants for the original AO + alternative AO 2.0 REMIX.
